9zest has categories as Fitness, Yoga, Diet and Physical Therapist.

These are the only categories we currently offer; however, we are in the process of adding more categories in the near future.

What fitness equipment do I need?
Our tagline at 9zest says it all, ‘Personal Coach. Anywhere. Anytime.’ We can train you with or without basic equipment, depending upon your goals.

What technology do I need ?
All you need to participate in a 9zest session is:

a. Mobile Phone, Tablet, Laptop or Desktop with a built in or external web camera.

b. Broadband internet connection.

Can I request a new coach if I am not satisfied with the coach I am paired with?
Definitely! We at 9zest try our best to match you with the perfect coach based on information provided by you. However, if you want to change your coach for some reason, mail us at [email protected]

What are the customer service and support hours?
For any inquiries relating to 9zest services, mail us at [email protected] and our team at 9zest will get back to you within 2 business days.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
No problem. Notify your coach as well as 9zest support team at [email protected] 24 hrs in advance of your session.

You can cancel or reschedule the session and the amount will be refunded according to conditions mentioned in Terms of Use.

Who are the 9zest Coaches?
9zest coaches is a pool of the best fitness professionals around the globe. We allow well trained, highly qualified fitness experts to be part of the 9zest training team.

All of our coaches are certified, experienced in their respective area of expertise and trained in live video training.

What if I have a technical issue during my session?
If there is a technical issue during an ongoing session, please try below mentioned tips to resolve the problem:

a. Close other video chat services that may be using your camera (E.g.: Google Hangouts, GChat, etc.).

b. Verify that you have a strong internet connection.

c. Restart your device

How do I pay for my session?
Payment can be made using your credit or debit card

Can I cancel my sessions after my first session?
Definitely! You can cancel any time after the 1st session if you are not satisfied with the service. Cancellation charged will be as per Terms of Use.

What is duration of 9zest session?
9zest LIVE session is of one hour duration.

What fitness activities can I find on 9zest?
9zest offers a wide range of fitness activities, and we are planning to add more in the near future. Currently, you can take part in fitness training, yoga, diet and physical therapy. However, we at 9zest would love to hear what else you’re interested in!

Where can I do a 9zest session?
9zest session can be taken anywhere, anytime as our tagline is ‘Personal Coach. Anywhere. Anytime.’

All you need is a place where you can make enough space to back away from your tablet, phone, computer or laptop and can see your full body on the device camera.

Where is the 9zest coach located?
9zest trainers are from all around the globe. Our geographically diverse team allows us to give you access to diverse training techniques and experience. Additionally, our geographically dispersed team allows for a variety of available training times due to different time zones the coaches are located in.

What If I can not hear any audio during my session?
If you can not hear any audio during a session, make sure that the device is not muted and turned up to a volume at which one can hear it.

If the issue persists, try another device. Try to do a video call over Skype with a friend or family member to verify your device is setup and working properly. Please let us know at [email protected] for such conditions.

Which devices are supported?
We support mobile, tablet, laptop, iPad and desktop. The device should have a better camera quality (suggested at least 5mp camera) preferred for better view and understanding from both the parties. The device should have Skype.

How do I get started with 9zest?
Visit the site 9zest.com and click on ‘LIVE 1-on-1 Training” and fill the form.
How do I know that a coach is assigned to me for a session?
Once the coach is assigned for you, an email notification will be sent to you stating the details of the coach and the session along with the schedule.

What are the steps once a coach request form has been submitted?
Once you have filled the request form for coach assignment, we will reach out to you within 2 business days.

What happens if my coach does not show up for a scheduled session?
We at 9zest try our best to fulfill our commitment and try to notify our users well in advance of any change in plan for an upcoming session. However, if an emergency prevents a coach from showing up for a scheduled session, the coach will reach out to you the earliest possible and we will reschedule the session as soon as possible. In either case, you can contact us at [email protected].

What steps are involved to register as a coach at 9zest?
To register as a coach at 9zest all you need to do is fill out a coach registration form (add a link).

You need to fill personal information, a small 30 second video for introduction, a professional picture, certification and availability etc. in the form.

Once you register and submit this form, 9zest team will get back to you within 2 business days.

What happens if user does not show up for a scheduled session?
We at 9zest try our best to fulfill our commitment and try to notify our users well in advance of any change in plan for an upcoming session.

However, if the user still does not show up for a scheduled session, please contact us at [email protected].

What if I cannot make it to a session and the cancellation and rescheduling time have passed?
The charges will be applicable as per our polices. Please refer to cancellation and reschedule section of Terms of Use for reference.
