All of our coaches are certified, experienced in their respective area of expertise and trained in live video training.
a. Close other video chat services that may be using your camera (E.g.: Google Hangouts, GChat, etc.).
b. Verify that you have a strong internet connection.

All you need is a place where you can make enough space to back away from your tablet, phone, computer or laptop and can see your full body on the device camera.
